Package hasn’t moved in 120 days

Hey, my package hasn’t moved in 120 days. I contacted the seller and they told me that China post had sneakily switched from SAL to normal ocean shipping. Could someone elaborate what is going on, or is my package lost? The seller promised me it was not, but I have my doubts. My tracking number is CY001822215CN

Hi Caroline,

China Post doesn't provide full tracking service for it. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
