I have ordered my item (tracking number CP412630720CN) at the beginning of may and now it's August and it is still in transit. Moreover I have to get updated since late June, it seems stuck. Can you tell me whats going on?

Since 2020-08-04 my parcel RB992569047SG is in transit. Parcel status is the same for 65 days. Can you investigate where is it now? Thank you.
It arrived in Lithuania on July 9 and is in transit to Greece now. As it's sent by train, it's slow. Please wait for more days to get update.
