Package in transit for 39 days

My order from China started may 8th. It arrived to the US and cleared customs on the 10th of May.
It has said destination transferred (US) 4 different times. The last update was may 28th. Idk what’s goin on with the tracking but it’s been 39 days. My tracking number is ZC45111803599

my package LV499016027CN has been “in transit” for more than 5 days now. Before that it has been in “handed over to the carrier for transportation” fore more than 10 days.
So could you tell me why is it stuck in transit for more than 5 days .
