It's said my package has been delivered, unfortunately I haven't received yet, please i need an update about where it's has been delivered.

Hi Thibault,

If it shows delivered by you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require the courier to do a formal trace investigation about where it was delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I think there is a problem with my tracking on my shipment. Since the package was shipped i havent received any updates whatsoever. Ether there is an issue with the package or the tracking number.
