Package not delivered

Hello dear officer, I had booked a parcel on August 9 for China guangzhou, which is coming to Beijing city on tracking. And guangzhou has not been delivered yet. Please deliver my parcel to guangzhou as soon as possible.

Hi Ehsan,

It's stuck at the customs of Beijing. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him call China customs service number 12360 to check.
