Package not delivered

The status of my package with tracking number AS134312040CN shows as “Delivered” and “Duly Voted”, but I did not receive the package. What does “Duly Voted” mean? Also, please provide the carrier used to deliver the package in the United States, and the size and weight of the package so that I can try to track it.

It means it's finally delivered to the receiver. Sorry, the detailed delivery address couldn't be known from tracking number as it's private information. You need to contact the seller to check it for you.

“Duly Voted” means it was delivered successfully. It should be delivered by USPS when it arrives in the US. We couldn't know the side and weight of it. You need to contact the seller to provide you those information.
