Package Not Delivered

I ordered a package on October 11 and my first tracking update was October 31. Since October 31, I have gotten no updates. It is now December 18 and this package was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Where is my package? Is it okay? Will it ever arrive?

Hi Maddie,

It was received by airline on Nov.28 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was received by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
