Package not moving.

Hello,
My package isn't moving first it said it was here in Chicago now it's stuck at Airplane arriving in the port. I did talk to the shipper he did ship it out. Can someone tell me what's going on? Here's the tracking number. LW262922552CN

Hi Raven,

To my experience, it takes about 20-40 days to have update after airline start shipping. I suggest you wait for more days to see update.

Does "five days" mean only working days ( Mon- Fri) ?
