Package not moving

This package hasn’t moved since 8/4/2021 coming to the US. I contacted the company & they say it’s in transit. Can you help in finding this & when it will be sent and arrival date? Thank you. Tracking # LY833031308CN

Hi Summer21,

It's still in transit to the US and hasn't arrived. You'd better wait for more days to get update. It should be reached in another 10-30 days.
