Package not yet received even after 55 days

Hi,
tracking number: UI526632034CN
I have placed an order on June 18th and the china post website shows it is in USA on July 3rd 2019. Its been more than 40 days that the item is still in USA and there is no further update when it can be delivered to me. Whenever I try contacting the Customer Care, they keep saying the website is slow to update and keep patience. What is point of ordering from China if they cannot deliver the items on time.
Please let me know by when I will get my product.

USPS is in charge of delivering it to you when it's in the US. You'd better contact USPS to check what happens to it. Also, you can contact the seller to give you a solution if you couldn't get it in time.
