Package over 1 month stucked

It says my package CY014786278CN is still on 'Airline departure' after over 1 month. If you check the tracking it informed already a few times the 'Airline departure' in the tracking. Could you please help me here? I have this feeling that the package ended up lost in the void.

It's sent by a slow way of China Post. China Post may doesn't provide full tracking service for it. You may couldn't get update now. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
