Package over a month and no notification change

Hi could you tell me whats happening with my packages, taking a long time
UC759982183CN & UC753545729CN .Both were posted at the start of june and all I can see on tracking is plan to make voyage, 4 days until refund on products is given, please replay asap, thankyou

Hi,

Both of them couldn't be tracked in the destination country. So, it's hard to tell if it's in Australia or not. This kind of package is easy to be lost on the way as it's not traceable when leaves the original country. You'd better open a dispute to ask your money back if you couldn't get it within these three days.
