Package Reported as Delivered but never received

My package tracking number AG862866110CN says was delivered to my address in US zip code 80227 on April 25 at 3:37 pm It was not received. It is a large package about 6 ft long x 2 ft wide x 2 ft high and might weigh as much as 50 or 60 lbs. This size of package is not delivered by the US Postal Service and tracking international numbers beginning with letter 'A' cannot be tracked by USPS. However, I am unable on the China Post tracking to determine what freight carrier China Post transferred the package to so that I can follow up where the package is. It arrived Los Angeles 15 April and was transferred to a carrier (name unknown) and left Los Angeles on 21 April arrived Denver 23 April. How can I find out where this package is located as it was never delivered to my address in 80227 zip code on April 25 as per the China Post tracking? I was home all day on that day.

Thank you for the reply. I have contacted the shipper. However, my original question is "which local USA freight shipper (it was NOT the US POstal Service) did China Post transfer the package to in Los Angeles? China Post tracking shows that it was transferred in Los Angeles and it would have been transferred to a USA based freight company. Since China Post has the tracking number why can't they report who the shipper was? I could then contact that shipper to find out where the large package was delivered to. Thank you.

You may need to get it by yourself. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and ask where to get it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
