Parcel left the UK at the middle of March and seems to be stuck in Shanghai ever since. Can you help please. Thanks

I have similar situation but my package still in transit (not yet arrived to China) is that related to lockdown or there are other problems there!!

Hi Johan,

It's due to the lockdown of Shanghai. You'd better wait for more days to get update. It will be normal after May 18.
