Package return to China delay

Hello, sent a package from US to Shenzhen in June, but now it looks like the package is being sent back to me? Why is that? I wrote the complete address in English and Mandarin as recommended by the recipient. Tracking#: CJ178629255US

Hi dextersl,

It was returned back to you and the reason may one of them:
1: Item refused by addressee; incorrect / illegible / incomplete address; expired retention period, etc.
2. Your package may have suffered damage or been lost during the transportation period.
