Package returned?

My package LY142201920CN was “returned” May 1 (almost two weeks ago). The seller said they did not receive the package back. Do you know where my package is and where it is going now?

Hi nsp,

According to the latest tracking information, it will be returned back. It's still stuck at Beijing International Mail Exchange Station now. You need to track it in the following days to see if it will be returned to the seller or sent again. If so, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
