Package says it’s on airplane to Canada 60 days ago still haven’t received

My parcel number is #LX172180976CN when I call there phone number it says the number can not be completed as dialed is there another way to contact them to see where my package is

Hi Breharris3,

Sorry, there is no other way to contact China Post. You don't need to contact China Post directly. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution.

It's in transit to Canada now. To my experience, it should be reached in late August or early September.
