I am writing to request your help regarding an international parcel shipped from China to Thailand.

The sender is Kicksown, and the parcel was shipped under my nickname instead of my legal name. The nickname I put in was "Kitty Kitty" and I would like it changed to "Khine Khant Kyaw".

Thailand Post informed me that they cannot release the parcel because the name on it does not match my passport.

The sender (Kicksown) said they are unable to contact China Post to correct the name since the parcel has already been marked as delivered. But Thailand Post has informed us that the "delivered" is just a notification delivery and not an item delivery. So the China Post would be able to request a name change through CN17.
