Package shipped to Albania is being sent by mistake to Thailand

A friend of mine sent a small package from Oakland to my father in Albania. Two days ago it arrived in London and yesterday they sent it in Thailand. The package number is UH 022727625US.
What can I do?

The destination for the package with tracking number UH022727625US is Thailand not Albania. You'd better contact your friend to ask if he filled the address by mistake or the tracking number is not right.
