Hi there,
Tracking Number ZA06319556901
Shows as delivered but I have not received it. Can you please supply me with the couriers information so I can chase them up over delivery.

New Zealand Post handles the delivery, but the master tracking number remains that of China Post. When local post office staff enter your "ZA" tracking number, it may not be found in their local delivery system because this number is sometimes renumbered internally after receiving international mail, or it may not be the primary identifier.
The most effective method is to contact your sender (or the seller in China). Since the sender is a customer of China Post, they have the right to initiate an inquiry or complaint, allowing China Post to communicate with New Zealand Post to obtain more complete delivery records and proof of receipt. This is far more effective than you contacting the local post office yourself.
