Package shown as delivered but never arrived

My package with tracking # AS134499866CN is shown as delivered on 1/20/22 but never arrived. I was home the entire day, it was not delivered or stolen. Please advise.

Hi HollyFisher,

According to the tracking information, AS134499866CN was delivered on Jan.20. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Dear China Post,
I have ordered an item on AliExpress and it has been shipped to me by China Post. The tracking number is AT558879198CN .
Somehow in the system it is shown as Delivered (first on December 4, 2024. Then delivered again on December 9, 2024 which is quite strange with two delivery dates). However, in reality is has unfortunately not been delivered, and I have not received it. I do not know where that package may be at this time. The seller on AliExpress recommended that I contact China Post so that you could initiate tracing the package.
Could you please trace the package to see where it might be at this time, because I have not received it?
