Hi

Can you please help me to get these sent please? The tracking is EA389102205CN it shows that it is at the airport and has left Shanghai but it hasn’t. Can you please either get this sent or returned to the sender? It is a very important document. Thank you

Hi Andy,

It was delivered by airline on Dec. 16 and usually takes about 15-30 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after it was delivered by airline. It may be delayed due to the coronavirus. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Hi, it has been 65 days that my parcel CP430460766CN hasn’t left China it is stuck on departure from regional sorting centre in Shanghai (some tracking says it’s not even at the sorting center) for this whole time.
