Hello,
my package # CP396523588CN was last tagged as "China Guangzhou, Processed through facility 2019-11-07 13:52" and now there is nothing. How can it be stuck for so long? Nobody will help when I call, the customer service is horrendous. Please help.

It left China on Nov. 9 and is en route to the US now. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have further update showing it arrives in the US, please wait patiently.
