It's not stuck in Beijing. It has left China on Feb. 29 ans is in transit to Serbia now.

It has been stuck at the US second processing center since Jan. 11. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within a week after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
