Hi, mi order with trackikng id EV951714822CN has been in "transit via airport" for 6 days now. Where is it? Has at least reached my country? Thank you

Hi Santi,

It hasn't arrived in Spain but is in the middle location now. Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Hi there,

The package seems to have arrived in Canada(Toronto) on Jan 6th -
however latest status shows that it departed by air on Jan 24th back to Hong Kong? hope that is not correct - as I have waiting 2 months to received and not sure why the package would be going the other way if I never recieved it?
