Package status "Bucharest, get to the place of arrival" for one month

Hello,
My parcel with tracking number RV512764168CN has been showing the status "Bucharest, get to the place of arrival" for almost one month now, since December 8, 2020. Does that mean it's in Bucharest and awaiting customs inspection or is it still someplace else and hasn't reached Bucharest yet?

Hi Andreea Neagu,

It should be waiting customs inspection now. But it's not normal that it's stuck for a month. I suggest you contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
