Package status hasn't changed since November 23rd!!

Hi, I ordered something and it got split up into two packages, well that's fine. But since the 23rd November nothing changed. What's going on and when will they arrive?

Hi Markus,

They both have left China is still in transit to Germany now. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.

My tracking number is LK056935517CN and since november 2nd it still says the same information. I shouldve received my iten by november 23rd and it still hasnt arrived. I dont know why its taking so long from china to new york but im not happy about it. Is there any other information or another website you can give me that will tell me more information about where my package is?
