My GD E EMS package has been stuck on AIRLINE DEPARTURE since the 23rd of March and hasnt updated, i paid for shipping that said 10-15 days, has it even left china yet?

My tracking number is S00000222948689. The last update I received was on the 23rd of August. It has been stuck on airline departure for over 4 weeks now, but on Aliexpress it says it's still in China. I ordered this package on the 4th of August, so it's been almost 2 months now, and it has also exceeded the expected delivery dates of Sep 02 - Sep 22. It's been in transit for 7 weeks now. What's going on?

Hi, I have parcel with tracking number LV454185927CN. It has been stuck in transit since March 19. More specifically since Apr 5 , it has been on airline departure. How much longer do I need to wait before I should start a paypal case? Is it lost? I also noticed that tracking from china post and China EMS post is slightly different. Can you tell me which one is correct as China EMS post noted that it arrived at destination country but then had an airline departure again.
