Package still at processing center after 21 days

My package is AT142406526CN and the last update was November 21 at a processing facility, about 20 days ago. Is it stuck or lost, when will it move again.

Is my package stuck? It is shipping from china, arivved to the us, cleared customs, says it arrived in LAX, arrived at processing center, and finally leaves processing center. Those last two updates happened on June 10th and its now June 20th. Is my package lost? what can i do about this its an expensive shipment.
