I have a package which is estimated to be delivered to my apartment complex before June 4/no later than June 7. The package seems to have arrived in the Philippines after being shipped from China, but I have gotten no updates for 20 days ever since it arrived at a "processing center". Can you please inform me of the actual status of my package as soon as possible? Thank you so much!

It's in Philippines now. Philippine Post is in charge of delivering it to you. You need to contact them to check it for you as soon as possible if it couldn't be delivered in time.
