Package stuck / Flight departure

My package status hasn’t been updated for almost 2 weeks, it was supposed it arrive Oct 6th.
I would like to know where is my package, and why is it taking so long

Hi Beigin,

It's delayed in China for a long time. Airline departs on October 1. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in Mexico after airline departs. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hello, My Ems package RV576389068CN status has been stuck at flight departure since August 2021. I have not received any updates in months. I was wondering if you could look into this for me and let me know if the package has departed China or made it to the US?
