Package stuck 30+days

I am returning a package to a shop "LightIntheBox" from US (Virginia) to China (Guang Dong) via USPS. My return order has been stuck in Customs in Guangzhou at China post for the past 32 days (over one month). Guangzhou is only one hour away from the destination Guang Dong, so I am thinking it shouldn't take that long right? Tracking#:LH149941316US

I would highly appreciate any update/help from you.
