The Tracking number is LJ029340408CN, its been 10 days and the Status hasnt changed from “Airline departure”. I ordered another Package the Same Date, and its been already delivered but this one isnt moving.

It's delayed. To my experience, it should be reached in Mexico recently. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
