It's not normal that it has been over three months that it still hasn't arrived. It may be lost, you'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Hello, My Ems package RV576389068CN status has been stuck at flight departure since August 2021. I have not received any updates in months. I was wondering if you could look into this for me and let me know if the package has departed China or made it to the US?
