Package stuck at processing center for 13 days.

My package ZC48606428499 was moving through the network, everything was fine, it arrived to US and passed customs. Then it had its last update “the shipment arrives at processing center” in my state, which is only an hour away from me. It’s been on this status for past 13 days now, can you help me track it?

Hi testingchinapost,

It's stuck at the processing center now. That's not normal. You need to contact the seller to get a solution in time.
