I was wondering where my parcel is, as it's been at your sorting office since May, I understand that due to covid-19 processing may take longer but not long. I've had other packages from China/Korean, which were ordered in June and they have arrived in England before this package that I placed an order for in May.
Each time I check tracking it just states data received or processed, my tracking is number WNBAA0101318282YQ. Could you let me know how much longer or what process state my package is at?

It was delivered by airline on July 31 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Belgium after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

It must be related to covid19.
