Package stuck in airline

Hello , I would like to know why my parcel is stuck on "sent to airline " since the 22nd September. Its been 34 days since its stuck , is it lost ? My tracking number is : RH981022330CN . Thanks in advance

Hi otakubooster,

It's' not stuck there. That means it left China on the day. It's still on the way to your country now. There will be further update when it arrives. Wait patiently.

The tracking info for my package first said delivered to air transport and stuck on that status for 14 days and now it says “airline departure” then “Hong kong airline”. Does this mean it is now actually in Hongkong airline because it said HongKong airline afterwards? This means it should arrive to destination country the next day? (germany)

Daisy continues to respond with 'wait longer' for packages that have been stuck at the airlines for over a month! How can this be?
Provide a reasonable explanation for how/why a package gets stuck at an airline. And why there isn't an appropriate update as to where the package actually is and why stuck there so long.
Also, Aliexpress and other Chinese sellers should not allow buyers to purchase if shipping to known closed countries due to COVID.
Where's my package?? It hasn't moved in over a week (from airlines)
