Package stuck in Dublin

My package LZ941561407CN has been tracked to Dublin it has been cleared from customs on the 21st July I was wondering what the status of it now

Hi Valerie,

There is no update for it after July 21. You'd better contact An Post check what happens to it. An Post is in charge of delivering it to you.

Hi Daisy,
You wrote back to my first question that my parcel is stuck in Dublin but it’s not in Dublin at all.
I have contacted the mail centre in Dublin and customs office and they both confirmed via email that this package was never received.
This is very bad nobody can tell me where it is.

It’s not in Dublin even though it says on the tracking that it is! I have been in contact with the Dublin mail centre and they never received it and neither did I.
Will it ever be delivered or is it lost?
