Package stuck in Shangai

My package has been 15 days in the same tracking position: "mail left [Shanghai International Exchange Bureau] and is being sent to the next station", I dont know if its still in Shanghai, a plane or something and I would like to know why its taking so much to move or update, in a previous package it updated in less than a week (granted it was a smaller package) but I can't help but worry about this package, What could have happened to this one? Will it arrive soon?

I already talked with him and he told me its normal for it to take this long with packages beginning with CP, mine is CP522378671CN, and I would really like to know if it really is normal tis wait or if theres something going on

This tracking information means it's on the way to the next station. If there is no update, it means it's still not arrived in the next station. If it's stuck for over 15 days, you'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem to get a solution in time.
