For almost a month I am seeing the following message on my order:
Arrived at transit country/region
The tracking number is:
CH122286869NL
It's stuck on this message, "Arrived at transit country/region" every day. Is it lost in transit? It was supposed to arrive Oct 7. I paid £30 for fast delivery. Please advise. Thank you.

hi here are 2 packages that say left transit country and no updates; could you please let me know if they have left Singapore or are they stuck in Canada airport?
