Package Stuck on "Airline Transported" for nearly a month

Hello, I am interested in knowing what Airline Transported is supposed to mean and why there are no updates to my parcel in nearly a whole month. Is my package lost? What should I do?

Hi velislavR,

It's not lost. There is few airline to the US due to the coronavirus. It was delivered to air trasnport on March 7 and takes about 7-15 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.
