Package stuck without update

Hello,
My package has been stuck since 6 days now on "arrive at transit country or district." without any update yet. Is this normal?

My package (CY021111293CN) has been stuck “in transit” for 6 days. This is on top of 4 flights that the package has already been on, and nearly 3 weeks of waiting.
