Package to Yantai

Mailed a package LC420763612US on September 24th. It only shows that the USA received it on that day. How can I tell where the package is? It has been 19 days and the US post office said it would take between 5-10 days.

Your package belongs to USPS first class mail which couldn't betracked in China. USPS 1st class mail is a cheap service which does not pay scanning service cost to China post. So China Post does not scan and update the delivery status in tracking database. Therefore, none can know the actual arrival and delivery information.
