Package transfer into us postal

When and how does the packages from china swap into us postal carriers if so will I be given the new us tracking number since the present tracking num is from china post only??? My package says it's in us ary sorting center. I'm worried I won't be given an us tracking num and won't be able to track my package.

Hi tony vang,

You need to contact the seller to ask if there is another tracking number to track it when it arrives in the US. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

I had a package shipped from China through Canada and to the US (0 reply)

My package is now stuck in canada but, it is still China Postal services job to make sure I receive my package I’ve contacted my Postal service in Michigan and they Forwarded me to Canada’s postal service. Which forward me to China’s Postal Service and they didn’t answer my 20 calls I genuinely just want help to know where my package is. Please get back to me!

Hello,

My mother sent me a big package about three weeks ago from France, throught the french postal service Colissimo. It is a big package that contains a very fragile instrument. The french postal service says the package already arrived in Chengdu a week ago and is waiting for me at the nearest postal office, but I haven't recieved any note in my box telling me where to pick it up. I went to the nearest postal office and they don't know where it is. I have a french tracking code: CC 7408 7513 4FR. Please help me, it is very important I recieve my instrument quickly.
