Hi Daisy, you replied to my earlier question about a package to my parents. You said a message was sent to their smart phone asking to pay custom tax. Unfortunately, my parents do not use smart phones. Could you have the message sent to my sister so that she can go to pay the tax? The tracking of the package is: USPS Priority Mail CH110001737US.

Sorry, the message is sent by the customs. We couldn't do that. You'd better let your parents call China customs service number 12360 to ask how to pay for it.
