I returned 20 "damaged" masks with no commercial value to the seller for refund. Now my package is being held in customs. I would like to know how long it will be held or if any additional actions are needed. Is there a way to contact customer support from the US?

It takes more days for it to be released. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Any help is appreciated. My package with tracking CH214207080US has been held in customs since the 29th and hasn't moved. Is there an issue or is it just a waiting period for the customs to clear? It is an item being sent back to the company for repair. Have asked the recipient and they have not been contacted by customs.
