Packages has not moved in over a month from Guangzhou

My tracking number is EB753693078CN. I have been tracking it for a long time now and has not moved since September 29th. I've had other packages come through Guangzhou and be delivered but this is still stuck. Could someone give me some insight as to what the issue is?

Hi ochaudhry30,

It's delayed in Guangzhou. I suggest you wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck for a long time, you need to contact the seller to get a solution in time.

The tracking number is EV994093839CN and it has been 'arriving at Guangzhou' since 6th of september. All of my other packages have passed this stage in less than 1 day, so I would like to know what is happening?

Just to be clear, I'm not asking when my package will arive, I'm just worried that it has not moved passed this stage in almost a month while it normally takes a few hours.
