How Can I refund my packages (LZ019276594CN)?

I have sent 15 packages from Guangzhou to Brazil on April 18th, 2020 and till this moment the logistic record still shows the packages are in Guangzhou. Our clients already claimed us since last month. We have pushed China post several times, but still no news. Now I just wanna refund back the packages.

Sorry, we couldn't refund you. We are only a tracking platform for packages. We couldn't deal with the packages. You need to contact China Post directly to get a solution by calling their service number 11183.

Have yet to receive my packages. There is no reason for why my packages are taking so long. Especially since I have recieved other orders from the same and other countries already, a month or more after these three packages. With this delay you are going to cause companies to loose money because you can't ship within a reasonable amount of time. I was told to ask for a refund and to keep the items when they do arrive if ever, if not received by july 15, 2020. Where are my packages at? Why is it taking so long? The packages been 39 days in Transit so where is my package right now I ordered 2 items from the seller on eBay and they said they reshipped it? I suppose to get my packages long time ago on September 28, 2020 now I have to wait until November 24 to see if they still arriving.
