Packets with no movements for six months

I have 3 packets with no movements for six months, please help me. I am from Chile. Here is the tracking codes.

i did all the options for recuperare the packets in my country but the problem is by the tracking code that is not available in my country, is an error from china post

They couldn't be tracked in Chile. It should be stuck in Chile due to some reason. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
