Parcel did not arrive

I believe that this may be a scam, and that the seller is not shipping anything but giving the same tracking number to several buyers so that it looks like the parcel was actually sent. Can you please confirm whether AS810717229CN was sent to 275 Lewis Road, Forrestfield Western Australia? I know it shows as delivered.
